At the same time, in order to prevent the shock absorber from sliding to the bottom of the spring during the driving of the car, it is necessary to install a stop card.
Then spray the loosened coil spring with soapy water or lubricant. The strong buffer sprayed with soapy water or lubricating liquid is inserted into the slack coil spring gap, and the gantry crane buffer installation is confirmed after the car body can be lowered.

shock absorber springs of the gantry crane is a problem that needs attention when installing the shock absorber. The distance between the shock absorber springs should be equal to the length of the shock absorber. If it is more difficult to squeeze by hand, it is necessary to loosen the screw of the shock absorber and relax the heavy mechanical mesh spring of the shock absorber 2-3 cm.
